- PACE Financing.
PACE stands for Property Assessed Clean Energy, which is a financing mechanism for eligible clean energy projects to be paid through property tax assessments. Improvements include solar, energy efficiency and seismic upgrades, water efficiency projects, and electrical vehicle charging stations. PACE offers Belmont property owners the choice among administrators, creating competition on terms, service and interest rates. CaliforniaFirst and Alliance NRG are financing options Belmont currently has available and Figtree, HERO and Ygrene are options soon to be added.
