We hope you'll join us for our holiday events that we have planned for the community. This is your one-stop shop for everything holiday-based from the City of Belmont this year.
Letters to Santa
This holiday season, youth can have fun practicing their writing and mailing skills by sending a letter to Santa at the North Pole! Letters must be dropped off or postmarked to Santa’s mailbox at 30 Twin Pines Lane by Monday, December 8, to get a free, personalized response from Santa and his elves. Get more information here.
Winter Wonderland Workshop
Join us for a magical workshop on Saturday, Dec. 6, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Twin Pines Lodge. Participants will get into the holiday spirit by designing ornaments, decorating holiday cookies, writing letters to Santa, enjoying hot cocoa, and more! Open to youth ages 5 - 12. Register here.
Santa at the Firehouse
Join us for our annual Santa at the Firehouse and Toy Drive on Thursday, Dec. 11, from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. at Belmont Fire Station 14 (911 Granada Street, Belmont). Meet Santa, play in the snow, make crafts, and have an amazing time.
All ages are welcome. While this event is free, we ask that you bring at least one new, unwrapped toy to donate to a child in need.
Sensory Santa at the Firehouse and Toy Drive
Santa is excited to welcome all youth with disabilities and/or youth who would benefit from a more sensory-friendly environment on Thursday, Dec. 11, from 5 - 5:30 p.m. at Belmont Fire Station 14 (911 Granada Street). Attendees will have the opportunity to visit and take photos with Santa in a calm, welcoming environment, with additional interactive components, hands-on holiday crafts, and refreshments. Register here.
Belmont Police Santa Parade
Get ready, Belmont—Santa Claus is coming to town! Join Santa and the Belmont Police Department for the annual Santa Parade on Thursday, Dec. 18, from 5-8 p.m. A detailed route with turn-by-turn directions will be shared soon.
