Regular Meeting time is 7:00 pm unless otherwise noted in the agenda for the closed session, study session, or other items require an earlier start. Future agendas are posted at least 72 hours prior to regular meetings and 24 hours prior to special meetings.

All staff reports will be posted to the web in advance of the meetings, and any writings or documents provided to a majority of the City Council/District Board or Commission regarding any item on this agenda will be made available for public inspection in the City Clerk's Office, One Twin Pines Lane, during normal business hours and at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Second Floor, during the meeting.

City Council Meetings occur every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month.
Planning Commission Meetings occur every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month.
Parks and Recreation Meetings occur every 1st Wednesday of the Month.
Public Safety Committee Meetings occur quarterly on the 3rd Monday of the Month beginning in March.
Measure I Committee Meets 2x per year (Late November and again in Spring).
Audit Committee Meets 2x per year (fall and spring)
