To consider a Single-Family Design Review and Tree Removal Permit to construct a first and second floor addition totaling 1,926 square feet to an existing 1,560 square foot single-family residence. (Appl. No. PA2017-0070)

B. 1405 Solana Drive (Charles Armstrong School)-

To consider an appeal of an Administrative Conditional User Permit approved by the Community Development Director, allowing an accreditation tour of the site by up to eight people on February 11, 2018, from 3:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. (Application No. PA 2017-0070)
