Belmont, California
On Monday December 7, 2015 at 6:00 PM, in the Senior & Community Center Building located in the City of Belmont at 20 Twin Pines Lane, City staff will host a follow-up Public Meeting to address updating regulations for single family home additions, new home construction and tree protection.
On November 18, 2015, at Belmont City Hall, the City held a Community Outreach meeting to discuss regulations applicable to single family house size, parking, house design & neighborhood “fit”, secondary dwelling units, trees, and improving the Single Family Design Review process. Attendees participated in small group discussions to address the above topic areas and reported their thoughts and suggestions for the potential regulation updates to the larger group.
The City Council encourages your participation. Attendees will have an opportunity to express their thoughts and provide comments at this follow-up meeting. The City of Belmont is noticing this staff hosted follow-up workshop as a special meeting of the City Council and Planning Commission so that the members of both bodies may attend and participate in compliance with the Brown Act.
