To consider a Conceptual Development Plan (CDP) and Rezone to establish an interim Planned Development (PD) Zoning District, Tentative Subdivision Map, and Mitigated Negative Declaration to allow construction of a new 24,398 square-foot three story mixed-use structure on a vacant 8,563 square foot lot.
