6B. PUBLIC HEARING – 1000 SOUTH ROAD/950 HOLLY ROAD (To Be Continued To Date Uncertain)
To consider recommending City Council adoption of an Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration of Environmental Significance, and to consider recommending City Council approval of a General Plan Amendment; a Conceptual Development Plan (CDP), and a Rezone to establish a Planned Development (PD); a Lot Line Adjustment to merge the two parcels, and a Tentative Subdivision Map to create condominium ownership. The single-family residence on 950 Holly Road redeveloped to include 20 condominium units ranging in size from 1,066 square feet to 2,239 square feet.
