To consider a conceptual site plan for development of a new 9,179-square foot South County Fire Station. The proposed building would include a single-story apparatus bay, ground floor offices, and training, fitness and storage rooms. The second floor includes sleeping quarters, kitchen/dining area, and restrooms. The proposal includes a 12-space parking lot within the northern portion of the site for the building. (Appl.
