7B. Public Hearing – 1 Davey Glen Road
To Consider an amendment to the approved Grading Plan for the Ross Woods Residential Planned Development. The current Grading Plan approval for the Planned Development allows 2,200 cubic yards of cut and 6,600 cubic yards of fill. The proposed amended Grading Plan will allow 1,000 cubic yards of cut and 18,500 cubic yards of fill for the subject site. The increase in the project grading fill quantity is proposed to preserve archeologically sensitive areas within the project site. The Detailed Development Plan for this project was approved by the Planning Commission on May 1, 2001.
