7B. Public Hearing – Montecresta Drive Roadway Extension CONTINUED TO A DATE UNCERTAIN
Preliminary Design Review to consider a roadway extension between the existing terminus of the 2800 Block and 2900 Block of Montecresta Drive. The roadway extension is proposed to provide vehicular and pedestrian access to 46 parcels.
