7A. PUBLIC HEARING – 1112 NORTH ROAD

To consider a Detailed Development Plan with associated Conditional Use Permit, Design Review, Grading Plan and Tree Removal Permit to allow construction of three new single family residences for the subject site. Two of the residences are 3,764 square feet, and one is 3,030 square feet. The homes include five bedrooms and three bathrooms, and two car side by side garages. Maximum height of the dwellings is 28 feet.
