To consider a Single Family Design Review to allow construction of a 1,378 square foot first and second story addition to an existing 1,750 square foot single family residence. The remodeled residence would total 3,128 square feet in a zoning district that permits a maximum floor area of 3,500 square feet for the subject site. (Appl. No. 02-0006)
