To consider a Conditional Use Permit and Design Review to replace the existing St. Marks Church roof with a new redesigned roof that includes the addition of a reflected cupola and retains the existing cross. The new building height will be increased from 31 feet to 39 feet. (Appl. No. 02-0022)
