To consider a Negative Declaration of Environmental Significance, Design Review, and Grading Plan to construct a new 31,392 square foot training center/office addition to the existing 48,250 square foot three-story Nikon Precision Inc. office building located within the 5.37-acre project site. Proposed parking consists of 218 off-street uncovered spaces located adjacent to the building to the north, south, and west. Vehicular access to the site will be from existing entrance/exit driveways on Shoreway Road and Cormorant Drive that will serve the on-site parking areas. (Appl. No. 2004-0028)
