To consider a Conditional Use Permit and Single Family Design Review to construct a 650 square foot addition to the existing 2,820 square foot single family residence, resulting in a total of 3,470 square feet. The project will include ground floor modifications and a new second story for the existing single story residence.

5B. PUBLIC HEARING - 1405 Solana Drive
To consider a Mitigated Negative Declaration and Conceptual Development Plan Amendment for the Charles Armstrong School, an existing private school facility. The proposed Conceptual Development Plan Amendment includes construction of a new 14,700 square foot activity center and addition of a 900 square foot entry lobby to the existing multi-purpose building. The existing limitation on student enrollment will not change with this project. The number and configuration of the existing on-site parking areas would not change with this project. (Appl.
