Project Description: To consider revisions to Sections 2.16, 8.1.4, and 8.3.1(e) of the City of Belmont Zoning Code, amending the definition of a “bedroom” and threshold for requiring a parking upgrade (to conform with the standard of two garage spaces and two additional spaces) for single family residential projects.  (Appl.
