5B.     PUBLIC HEARING – 2933 San Juan Boulevard

To consider a Single Family Design Review to construct three 18 inch wide stitch pier retaining walls along the east and south portions of the subject property.  A City Arborist Report has been prepared for the project which identifies a number of both protected and non-protected trees in the vicinity of the proposed construction area for these walls, and includes mitigation and protection measures for these trees.
