The permit MUST BE in "READY TO ISSUE" Status for you to book your issuance.  Appointments scheduled otherwise will be CANCELLED.

Pickup of approved permits are by appointment only.

Please review your PERMIT CONDITIONS tab and satisfy all "PRIOR TO PERMIT" requirements and pay the outstanding fees prior to scheduling an appointment.  

Most permits require you to download and print in color the approved stamped plans* and supplemental documents. You will find these documents under PERMIT INFO tab in eTRAKiT listed in the attachments. 

* OTC Permits do not have plans online. 

Unless otherwise specified, the size plans required is 36x24 binded.  If the plans are not available for you to download, please review the CONDITIONS to make sure you are complete and have emailed your receipt for payment to payments@belmont.gov

All "B" permits require you to pick up your permit package prior to starting any work.  An approval is not authorization for construction to commence.

To schedule a pickup time:

2. Choose an available date and time
3. Provide:

     • Project Address
     • Permit Number
     • Confirm you have DOWNLOADED and PRINTED the APPROVED STAMPED PLANS, please bring ONE set to your APPOINTMENT.
4. Click "Book" to submit your appointment.
