Audit Committee

The Audit Committee provides independent review and oversight of the City's financial reporting processes, internal controls, and independent auditors while also participating in the budget review process and, at the request of the City Council and Finance Director, evaluates special projects for financial consequences, assesses alternatives, and makes appropriate recommendations. The Committee consists of two elected members, who are City Council members, and meet quarterly.
