Invitation for Sealed Bids

The City of Belmont invites sealed bids for public project construction described as: Community Center Restroom Renovation Project, City Contract Number 2025-643. The public project construction is more specifically defined in the Contract Documents, but generally includes the following items of work: : targeted demolition, concreate refinishing/reinforcements, rough and finish carpentry, plumbing modifications and installations, gypsum board installation, insulation, tiling, installation of door hardware, restroom fixtures and partitions, painting, lighting, electrical, HVAC mechanical work and ducting, and other related items needed to support the renovation of a commercial restroom (the “Work”).
