Invitation for Sealed Bids

**NOTE: 3 addenda have been issued for this bid. It is bidder's responsibility to contact the City to get on the plan holder's list so that they may be notified of all addenda.**  

The City of Belmont invites sealed bids for public project construction described as: Belmont Library Interior Painting and Flooring Project, City Contract Number 2024-633. The public project construction is more specifically defined in the Contract Documents, but generally includes the following items of work: painting and flooring of the interior of the Belmont Library located at 1110 Alameda de las Pulgas, Belmont, CA 94002 (the “Work”).
