| City & Park Boosters to Offer Last 2021 Concert in the Park |

| The second of a two-concert series will be presented Sunday, September 19, from 1-4 p.m. in Twin Pines Park Meadow, Belmont. After more than a year’s hiatus from the popular Concerts in the Park, the City of Belmont, in partnership with the Belmont Park Boosters, will host this concert. |

| “It was obviously disappointing that we were unable to host a concert series in 2020, and because conditions changed so much in recent months of the pandemic, we were unable to hold a normal concert series this year,” said Park Boosters President Judy King. “Recently, City staff approached the Park Boosters about helping them to produce a couple of concerts in conjunction with some other family events they are sponsoring, such as Movie Nights in the Park. The Park Boosters hope that by next year we’ll be able to hold our normal concert series." |

| Tin Man will be the featured band this Sunday. This concert and the concert held in late August are being sponsored by the Rotary Club of Belmont/Redwood Shores. “We are very grateful to the Rotary Club for their generosity,” said President King. |

| Seating is on the lawn, and most of the usual refreshments provided in previous years will be available for sale, including hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken sausages, hotlinks, nachos, and pretzels. Because the City of Belmont is the primary host, only non-alcoholic beverages will be available, and safety protocols will be implemented. |
