The proposed 400-unit residential development area includes five separate parcels, totaling approximately 11 acres. Parcels 1-4 are located in the City of Belmont and Parcel 5 is located in the City of Redwood City.
Residential development types and number of units proposed:
Parcel 1 – Multifamily Building, 203 units
Parcel 2 – Three-Story Townhomes, 76 units
Parcel 3 – Single Family Homes, 57 units
Parcel 4 – Intended as a community benefit, use is to be determined
