Project Description
The proposed project is a residential townhome development located at 2 Davis Drive (APN 043-340-120). The applicant proposes 45 townhomes across seven buildings, with each building containing between four and seven units. The project also includes the dedication of approximately 0.37 acres to the City for the future development of a public safety building.
Location/Setting/Zoning
The 3.24-acre project site is located at the corner of Davis Drive and Ralston Avenue and would require demolition of the existing commercial office building. The property is currently zoned Executive Office & Warehouse (E2.2) and has a General Plan land use designation of Office Commercial. The proposed development would require a Rezone and General Plan Map Amendment, along with several additional entitlements.
