Project Description
The proposed project would involve demolition of the existing development on the site and construction of a new five-story, 88-room hotel building with 32 parking spaces , reception and mechanical/support areas as well as a mezzanine for office space on the ground level. A breakfast pantry and dining area as well as an outdoor dining terrace overlooking El Camino Real would be located on the fifth level.
