Monte Cresta Drive Extension Project
Project Description
The proposed project consists of a road segment extending Monte Cresta Drive 50-feet with a fire truck turn-around/cul-de-sac at the western terminus of Monte Cresta Drive. The project also consists of constructing a 3,299 square-foot multi-story residence with an attached garage with a driveway extending from the proposed turn-around.
Required Entitlements
The project will be required to secure the following entitlements:
- Road Improvement Plan
- Single-Family Design Review
- Floor Area Transfer / Conditional Use Permit
- Grading Permit
- Exception to eliminate parking lanes within the cul-de-sac under BCC 7-13(e)(7)(a-c)
- Exception to standards for cul-de-sac under BCC Section under BCC 7-13(4)(i)
