Island Parkway Life Sciences Campus (Office/R&D/Life Sciences)
The 9-acre site is northeast of Ralston and Highway 101. The proposed project would consist of three buildings and a standalone parking garage, totaling 1,362,010 square feet. Building 1 is proposed at 11 stories (approximately 208 feet tall). Building 2 is proposed at 9 stories (approximately 176 feet tall). Building 3 is proposed at 13 stories (approximately 206 feet tall) and includes 6 levels of parking. The standalone parking garage includes 14,800 square feet of amenity space and is proposed at 11 levels (approximately 125 feet tall).
