PROJECT DESCRIPTION 

Proposed construction of a five story, approximately 240,000 sq. ft. building with a total of 177 apartment units, including 27 Affordable units, and an underground parking garage for 200 vehicles.  The project would also include approximately 15,600 cubic yards of grading for construction of the parking garage, landscaping, drainage and water treatment facilities, and other site improvements.
