The .71-acre project site is located on the north side of Harbor Boulevard at the intersection of Old County Road. The proposed five-story development consists of 103 residential apartments, 15% of which would be reserved as affordable housing. The project includes the provision of at-grade parking spaces, a fitness center, and a bike storage room. The residential unit mix includes 21 studio units, 65 one-bedroom units, 7 two-bedroom units, and 10 two-story “town-home style” units. The project would also include annexation of the subject parcels into Belmont.
