Location & Existing Conditions

The 77,286 square foot (1.77 acre) project site is located North of Hill Street and East of South Road. Currently, the project site is largely undeveloped with exception of an existing single-family dwelling located in the northern portion of the site at the corner of Laurel Avenue and Antique Forest Lane. The proposed project entails the demolition of the existing single-family home on site and construction of four multi-story townhome buildings containing 16 dwelling units. The project would include the construction of a private access road extending from the end of Hill Street to Laurel Avenue. The development would include common areas (walkways and a pocket park) and eight guest parking spaces along the new roadway.
