Project Description

The project site is located on the south side of Belmont Avenue at the El Camino Real intersection.  The 1.5-acre property consists of a combination of vacant land and the Bel-Mateo Motel.  The proposed development consists of 125 Affordable Residential Apartments, subterranean parking, ancillary space (community room, gym, office) and open space.  The residential unit mix includes 52 one-bedroom, 40 two-bedroom, and 33 three-bedroom units.
