Join us to celebrate Parks Make Life Better Month at our first annual 'Belmont Blooms' gardening event. This event will be held at the Barrett Community Center Garden on Saturday, July 20th from 11:00am - 1:00pm. This event is free and open to all. Register here.

The first 15 -20 minutes of the event will be a garden walk through where participants can tour the garden and chat with gardeners.
Then participants will be able to enjoy a variety of stations:
• Learn about mulch/compost
• Best time of year to plant certain seeds
• Weed maintenance/prevention
• Flowerpot painting and seed planting
• Learn about native plants
