Belmont Heights Civic Improvement Association

Belmont Heights Civic Improvement Association, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that has represented the residents of Belmont Heights, Belcrest Gardens, The Knolls, and Belmont Woods neighborhoods since 1968.  The association is strictly non-profit and operated by resident volunteers.  Together, we work to improve and beautify the neighborhood, facilitate communication among residents, and represent the collective interests of residents with the City of Belmont and other public agencies.

The association maintains the BHCIA website, www.bhcia.org,   which serves as a resource for information  on who to contact regarding neighborhood and City issues, as well as dates and locations of upcoming neighborhood events and BHCIA meetings.

We also sponsor a BHCIA Yahoo! Group, which allows residents to communicate with each other, and welcomes anyone to communicate with the Board of Directors in an accessible forum.
