The Belmont City Council has established Economic Development and Downtown Revitalization as City-wide priorities, and the City is undertaking several significant planning efforts that will work to facilitate a thriving local economy and a charming vibrant town center. June 1, 2017 -- The City of Belmont is pleased to announce a development opportunity on three City owned project sites located on El Camino Real in the heart of Belmont's downtown. The Hill Street/Middle Road Affordable Housing Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks experienced development teams to respond by July 31, 2017.
