CONSENT CALENDAR

Finance Director Fil commented that the housing program was removed from the ROPS (Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule) since no new housing monies will be received. He noted that the ROPS and EOPS (Enforceable Obligation Payment Schedule) are now reconciled.

Approval of Minutes of Special Meeting of February 28, 2012

Approval of Resolution 2012-003 Accepting Work and Authorization to Issue a Notice of Substantial Completion for the Sixth Avenue and O'Neill Avenue Street Rehabilitation Project, City Contract Number 509

Approval of Resolution 2012-004 Approving a Third Amended Recognized Obligation Payment Schedules (ROPS) and Approving a Second Amended Enforceable Obligation Payment Schedule (EOPS)

ACTION: On a motion by Councilmember Wozniak, seconded by Councilmember Braunstein, the Consent Agenda was unanimously approved by a show of hands.
