CLOSED SESSION – 6:45 P.M.

A.        Conference with Labor Negotiator, Greg Scoles, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6: International Association of Firefighters (IAFF) Local 2400 and Fire Management Unit (FMU).

Attended by: Directors Feierbach, Wozniak, Warden (arr. 7:00 p.m.), Lieberman, Braunstein, District Manager Scoles, City Attorney Rennie, Human Resources Director Dino, Finance Director Fil, Fire Chief Fry, and Labor Consultant Doughtie. District Secretary Cook was excused from attending.

Directors Present: Lieberman, Wozniak, Feierbach, Braunstein, Warden

Directors Absent: None

Staff Present: District Manager Scoles, Interim Fire Chief Fry, City Attorney Rennie, Human Resources Director Dino, District Secretary Cook

REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION

City Attorney Rennie stated that there were no reportable actions from the Closed Session held earlier.

CONSENT CALENDAR

Approval of Resolution 2012-011 of the Directors of the Belmont Fire Protection District Confirming Appointment of Douglas Fry as Interim Fire Chief in Accordance with Government Code 21221(h)

ACTION: On a Motion by Director Wozniak, seconded by Director Braunstein, the Consent Agenda was unanimously approved by a show of hands.
