District President Warden noted that the Closed Session scheduled for 6:45 p.m. had been canceled.

CONSENT CALENDAR

Approval of Minutes of Special Meeting of April 10, 2012

Acceptance of Update on Fire Station 15

Approval of Resolution 2012-010 Approving Contract with Dugger and Associates for Information Services and Support in an amount not to exceed $40,000

ACTION: On a Motion by Director Braunstein, seconded by Director Wozniak, the Consent Agenda was unanimously approved by a show of hands.
