Attended by: Directors Feierbach, Wozniak, Lieberman, Warden, Braunstein, District Manager Scoles, City Attorney Scoles, Labor Consultant Diana Doughtie, Finance Director Fil, Interim Fire Chief Fry, Human Resources Director Dino. District Clerk Cook was excused from attending.

City Attorney Rennie announced that there were no reportable actions from closed session.

CONSENT CALENDAR

Approval of Minutes of Special Meeting of February 14, 2012

Approval of Resolution 2012-005 Authorizing a Professional Services Agreement with IEDA Inc. for Labor Relations Consulting in an Amount not to exceed $10,000

Approval of Resolution 2012-006 Approving a Purchase Order to West Coast Frame and Collision Repair Inc., for repairs on Engine 15, in an amount not to exceed $6,950

ACTION: On a motion by Director Feierbach, seconded by Director Braunstein, the Consent Agenda was unanimously approved by a show of hands.

ADDITIONAL BUSINESS

Resolution Amending the Fiscal Year 2012 Budget and Approving a Revision to Revenue and Supplemental Appropriation

ACTION: On a motion by Director Wozniak, seconded by District President Warden, Resolution 2012-007 was unanimously approved by a show of hands.
