Approval of Minutes of Special Meeting of January 10, 2012

Approval of Resolution 2012-13 Authorizing a Purchase Order in an amount not to exceed $6,000 to continue participation with FirstOnScene for Technical Support for Records Management System

ACTION: On a motion by Director Braunstein, seconded by Director Feierbach, the Consent Agenda was unanimously approved by a show of hands (4-0, Warden absent).
