CONSENT CALENDAR

Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting of January 10, 2012

Approval of Resolution 2012-001 Adopting an Amended Enforceable Obligation Payment Schedule

ACTION: On a motion by Director Feierbach, seconded by Director Braunstein, the Consent Agenda was unanimously approved by a show of hands.

Executive Director Scoles noted that this was likely the final meeting of the Redevelopment Agency unless the legislation is passed to extend the dissolution date beyond February 1, 2012.
