A. Public Hearing to Consider a Tentative Map, Vacation of Public Utility Easement, and Establishment of a 100-Foot No Parking Zone Along Carlmont Drive to Allow for Construction of Ten Condominiums on a vacant lot on Carlmont Drive (adjacent to 1114 Village Drive).
