NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a Special Meeting called by Mayor Warden pursuant to Government Code Section 54956 for the following items:

There will be no public comments taken during agenda items at today’s meeting. Comments regarding items on today’s agenda will be taken at this time. If you are addressing the City Council on a non-agenda item, the City Council’s general policy is to refer items to staff for attention or have a matter placed on a future agenda for a more comprehensive action or report. This agenda category is limited to 15 minutes, with a maximum of 3 minutes per speaker.
