NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a Special Meeting called by Mayor Warden pursuant to Government Code Section 54956 for the following items:

Notification in advance of the meeting will enable the City to make reasonable arrangements to ensure accessibility to this meeting.  All staff reports will be posted to the web in advance of the meeting, and any writings or documents provided to a majority of the City Council regarding any item on this agenda will be made available for public inspection in the City Clerk's Office, One Twin Pines Lane, Suite 375, during normal business hours and in Suite 360 of City Hall, Second Floor, during the meeting.

If you wish to address the hearing body, please complete a speaker's card and give it to the City Clerk.
