D.                 Resolution Advising South Bayside Waste Management Authority (SBWMA) that the City of Belmont be included as a Bid Alternate in the SBWMA’s Collection Agreement Request for Proposal (RFP) Process and the City of Belmont is Investigating Collection Alternatives
