The Twin Pines Lodge Room 1 has a maximum occupancy of 70. It has access to a full kitchen for an additional fee.  Spread the party outside by using the beautiful patio area behind the building at no additional cost. If you're looking for a smaller meeting space, Twin Pines Lodge Room 4 may be rented individually and can seat up to 35 guests. (Note: Renting Room 1 includes use of both Room 1, 4, and the patio). Rental permits serving alcohol will be submitted to Belmont PD for review to determine if security must be hired at renter's cost for event. 

Non-Profit and Corporate rates available upon request. 

 

Tables and chairs included with rental at no additional cost. Simply return diagram at least two weeks before event date to ensure set up before event start time.
